Land Acknowledgement

We respectfully acknowledge that the Scadding Cabin is situated on the traditional lands of the Haudenosaunee, Anishinabewaki, Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation and Wendake-Nionwentsïo peoples within a community that continues to be home to many diverse First Nations, Inuit and Métis peoples.

We acknowledge that these grounds are covered by the Toronto Purchase and Treaty 13, 1805.

May we live and work with respect on this land, and live in peace and friendship with its people.
